We are usually able to schedule an initial appointment within 5-10 business days

Do you accept my insurance?

Accepted Answer

Currently, we do not accept insurance. However, we will provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement of out of network benefits. To find out what your specific reimbursement would be, contact your insurance company. We are available to answer questions or assist you with this process.

How long will my appointment be?

Initial evaluations are generally between 60-90 minutes long. Follow up appointments are generally between 30-45 minutes long.

What should I bring to my initial appointment?

Once an appointment has been secured, you will be sent an information packet with pertinent details of the practice and all of the forms that will be needed for your evaluation.
